We had a great time staying at the park hotel! The cabins were clean and right on the beach, making for beautiful views and easy access to the sand. The facilities, especially the new pool and water park, were perfect for our family, providing lots of fun. However, we were disappointed with the strict check-out policy, which hindered our plans to extend our stay and enjoy the amenities longer.

The check-in process was frustrating and disorganized, leaving us with a sour start.
